The customer talked to me a lot asking rubber vulcaning press machine and mold, 

then it comes to below talk

After some days, he talked to me that he'd got the orders.

Below he gave me his company information.

Above page is told me he already made the advance payment. And he'll soon send me his detail drawings.

This is the detail drawings in PDF and STEP format, and I opened and checked. 

Our technical team have already started his desing, then he told me the previous drawing have some problem, and now he send me new updated drawings. 

According to customer's updated drawing, our team give out our 3D design for the production, but before formal production, we sent the drawing to customer for confirmation. 

The customers approved.

Soon we finished our rubber vulcanizing press machine( or call rubber compression molding machine) production and the rubber mold production. 

And we test the machine and mold, we produced samples.

And then we sent the samples to customer for checking by international courier. 

Customer approved ok, and asked his freight forwarder contacted me for the shipping. 

This is after shipping, I sent customer Commercial Invoice and Packing List , and B/L for his import Customs Clearance. 

You think my work totally finished here? No, 

When customer received the rubber vulcanization machine and mold, I'll need guide him how to use the machine, though I gave them operation manul of 

Rubber Plate Vulcanizing Press Machine and Rubber Mold, but still that's not enough for them. 

They set up an WA group, or WeChat group is also no problem, then I teached him how to operate and maintanance rubber compression molding machine. 

The customer succssfully run the rubber press machine and make his formal production. 

Surely if he met any problem about rubber vulcanizing press machine, he can just ask me at any time.
